Rick is an Amazing Interviewer.

Let me start with a joke. How can you tell an extroverted engineer? He looks at the other person's shoes while he talks to them.

Rick is a gifted interviewer and he really put me at ease during our conversation about my invention, the Amazonica. Rick is a genuinely warm and authentic person who is deeply interested in other people and all of that comes shining through during his interviews. Rick made me feel very comfortable during the interview process.

Rick took what would normally be a pretty dry design and engineering process and was able to turn it into a story that transcended that dry process by exploring the human side of inventing. That many of my friends and relatives who are not technical at all enjoyed listening to the podcast is a testament to Rick's skills as both an interviewer and storyteller.
