Interview #17 Lauren Van Duyn - So much fun!

Rick - thanks for having me join your show! It was such a delight to meet you and speak with you about my perspective around parenting in the pandemic, and starting a podcast! I really appreciate the way you took the time to truly understand my messaging, and the goals of my podcast beforehand and used that insight to craft engaging questions. This allowed me to easily share my own story, as well as reflect on insights/stories from my guests so far. It was really lovely to speak with you, and I can't wait to listen to more of your content!
